pricing while maintaining a positive work place environment for our associates
and returning a profit to our partners for future growth and development of the

About Team Logistics, LLC
William T. (Tom) Bell is a veteran of 35 years of transportation, distribution
and warehousing. Mr. Bell started Transportation and Distribution Associates, Inc.
in 1982, which later became Bell Logistics Services, Inc. The company and the
services provided have evolved to meet the needs of his customers. The ever changing
needs of business and the continual growth in international logistics lead him to
merge Bell Logistics Services with Bonded Service Warehouse, Inc. and to establish
Team Logistics, LLC. Mr. Bell coordinates the sales and marketing efforts for both
Bonded Service Warehouse, Inc., Team Logistics, LLC and its partners.
A graduate of Gardner-Webb University, Mr. Bell remains active today serving on
the Board of Trustees at GWU. Tom is also active in the Atlanta area by continuing
membership in the North Georgia District Export Council, sponsored by the U.S. Department
of Commerce. Additionally, he is a member of Georgia’s Youth Science &
Technology Centers, Inc., Board of Directors.

transportation and distribution services since 1931. Bonded Service Warehouse, Inc. has
warehousing, trucking and distribution capabilities along with over 1,000,000 square feet
of contract and public warehouse space. Our goal is to provide our customers with the
best possible service, safety and competitive pricing. We offer "Big Company"
capability without sacrificing "small company" flexibility and attention to
